SABYDOMA survey – Visions and Definitions of SSbD
We have prepared a survey with the “visions” and “definitions” of Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design (SSbD) given by the workshop speakers of the SABYDOMA’s workshop “A Stakeholder’s Perspective of Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design (SSbD)” on 18th February 2022. Please, look through them and choose those definitions you mostly agree / feel most comfortable with.

A big thanks to PO and Expert for their feedback that will guide us in the next months and
SABYDOMA @ SweNanoSafe workshop
Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) is based on the consideration and minimization of uncertainties and risks to human health and the environment from an early stage of the innovation process and throughout the lifecycle of the innovation product. The concept of SSbD stems from the development of safe-by-design approaches within the nanosafety field (e.g. in
Safe-by-Design in the current literature
Benjamin Trump, assisting Factor Social, explains in this presentation the results of the work carried out by SABYDOMA on the literature review on Safe-by-Design (SbD) in the current literature related to engineered nanomaterials (ENM).
SABYDOMA project video release
We are proud to present our fresh SABYDOMA project video! Nanomaterials have the potential to be harmful to humans and other forms of life in ways we have not fully understood yet. To minimize this risk, SABYDOMA brings together a team of 19 international organizations with the aim of using the “Safety-by-Design” concept to minimize these risks
