As a joint activity with the training projects VISION and Twinalt, SABYDOMA’s partner NILU is organising an online course on Good laboratory Practice (GLP) for in vitro toxicology, nano- and genotoxicology. It is organized in collaboration with the H2020 projects on Nanotechnologies, Advanced Materials, Biotechnology and Advanced Manufacturing and Processing (NMBP) RiskGONE, NanoSolveIT and SABYDOMA.

The course will be held online on 28 – 29 November 2022.

On the first day topics covered include an introduction to GLP, GLP roles and responsibilities, quality assurance (QA) and standard operating procedure (SOP), and the preparation of a GLP study plan, master schedule, and report. The second day of the course focuses on best practices with nanomaterial handling in a GLP-lab, nanotoxicology and nanosafety, monitoring and risk assessment​.
