SABYDOMA Kick-Off Meeting

SABYDOMA was kicked off on April 29^th, 2020. During 2 intensive days (April 29^th-30^th) of presentations and initial planning of the next activities, all project partners met virtually due to the actual COVID situation.

The main discussions were about:

identifying the starting points and first targets

which challenges does the project/project partners has/have

how to address the work

which tasks can physically be done during the first six months of the project taking into consideration the COVID-19 situation; which tasks have to be delayed and define mitigations to be taken

It was not the same as a real F2F meeting, but thanks to the actual technology, we had a nice and successful initial meeting with great discussions!
